Renae Hill

Golf Performance Coach

Renae brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and athletic insight to Vancouver Golf Performance with a background in sports rehabilitation, biomechanics, and performance coaching. Renae is a registered Kinesiologist under BCAK and has completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University in Australia.

Renae’s coaching philosophy is rooted in optimizing movement efficiency, injury prevention, and longevity in sport. She specializes in biomechanical assessments and individualized performance programs that bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high performance. Her experience spans multiple settings from private practice and sports medicine clinics in Vancouver, to complex trauma and community physiotherapy in Australia, giving her a deep understanding of human movement in both athletic and clinical contexts.

Before joining VGP, Renae worked with professional, paralympic, and amateur athletes across hockey, AFL, skiing, track and field, and golf, helping them improve strength, mobility, stability, and power through evidence-based programming. She has also contributed to tactical research on load carriage in specialist police officers, further refining her expertise in movement analysis and performance under physical demand.

An avid athlete herself, Renae has competed in triathlons, plays hockey and AFL, and developed a passion for golf performance and swing biomechanics. She is committed to helping golfers of all levels move better, play longer, and perform at their peak.
