Aidan Roberts
Golf Performance Coach
Aidan joins the VGP Team after 6 years as a Strength Coach and Junior Sports Scientist
at the University of Windsor & University of Western Ontario. Growing up Aidan
traveled throughout Ontario playing in golf tournaments, including 4 years on his high
school golf team and playing competitive hockey.
Once in university he developed his passion for athletics development and performance,
quickly becoming a student strength & conditioning coach for several of the Windsor
Lancers varsity teams (Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Hockey), while actively training in
powerlifting. In 2022 Aidan began his Masters of Science in Applied Human
Performance, where he continued in a coaching role with the Lancers Football Team
followed by the University of Western Ontario. Along with leading team training sessions
his roles also included collecting data to assist with individual players load/fatigue
management, using tools such as Athlete GPS trackers, Velocity Based Training devices,
and Force Plates.
In the Winter of 2026, Aidan moved across the country, to begin working as a Golf
Performance Coach at Vancouver Golf Performance. Aidan looks forward to helping
golfers of all abilities to train like athletes, leading to improvements on the golf course,
injury prevention and achieving personal health goals. Aidan also loves to discuss the
game of golf, equipment trends, various players/tours, and the many PGA Courses he has
visited around the U.S. and Canada.
